If for some reason you're not happy with your order, skynICELAND.com offers a complete refund within 30 days of delivery.
Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original package if possible. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the return address on the shipping label. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Exchanges will be made within 30 days. Please make sure to call (888-333-skyn) or email skyn ICELAND to first obtain a return authorization number before returning the product to the address below.
