Sarra is a global brand executive who brings 25 years’ experience in international brand development and transformation across industry-leading organizations, FMCG and Luxury Houses.
Sarra previously held senior leadership positions at Coty Luxury and Estée Lauder Companies where she worked for 16 years across a variety of global and regional roles in Europe and North America spanning fragrance, skin care, make-up and hair care.
There she led end-to-end brand management from shaping the vision to delivering retail excellence. She also proved her ability to adapt quickly and adopt a start-up mindset creating new brands like the Bottega Veneta fragrance house.
Sarra has an extensive track record in scaling brands world wide with deep experience in Asia and emerging markets. More recently, she served as Group General Director Brand Development Worldwide at La Prairie in Zurich where she spearheaded innovation, client excellence, digital acceleration and business development.
A multicultural brand builder, fluent in French, English and German, Sarra has lived and worked in France, Germany, Switzerland and the US.A graduate from ESA SKEMA, she studied management at The Wharton School and digital strategy and influencer marketing at General Assembly in New York.
