Allison Heffernan,
Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Allison joined skyn ICELAND seven years ago and has held multiple leadership and management positions within the Sales Department over this time. She plays a critical role in propelling both retail and gross sales growth globally while also expanding retail presence and space. Allison has established skyn ICELAND as a top “go-to” and key growth brand for retailers by cultivating strong relationships and producing exceptional results. She started her career working in beauty retail stores and after graduating from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s degree in both Women’s and Gender Studies and Sociology, joined the Customer Experience & Education team at Kiehl’s Since 1851, a part of the L’Oréal Group.

Lora Atkinson,
Vice President of Operations and Product Development

Lora joined skyn ICELAND in November 2020 as Vice President of Operations and Product Development.  She has more than 25 years of experience in the Beauty Industry working for Chesebrough Ponds, Unilever, Elizabeth Arden and Revlon.  Beginning her career in accounting and finance, Lora worked in various commercial positions including budgeting & planning where she provided direct commercial support for marketing plans and global launch initiatives. Lora later transitioned to operations where she held various positions in demand planning and supply planning and also supported the sales & operations planning process. Lora has a BS in Business Economics and Accounting from The New York State University College of Oneonta.

Dave Suter,
Interim CEO and CFO

Dave joined skyn ICELAND in September 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and recently also assumed the responsibilities of Interim Chief Executive Officer. He has over 30 years of experience in the Consumer Products and Beauty Industries and has a diverse background holding positions in accounting, finance, marketing and operations. His assignments have stationed him in various locations in the US, Asia and Europe. In terms of companies, he has worked for large international corporations, growing mid-size companies as well as start-up ventures. Aside from Skyn Iceland, his experience includes Unilever, Thermo Fisher Scientific. Elizabeth Arden, Calvin Klein Fragrances, Prestige Fragrances, Intelligent Nutrients and Royall Fragrances. Dave has an MBA from Rutgers University.

Sylvain Ducret,
Chairman of the Board

Sylvain Ducret, Executive Chairman, has worked in the Cosmetic and healthcare industry for over 25 years, gaining valuable experience at Ralph Lauren, Clarins, Anteis and Micallef with P&L responsibilities for multiple brands, regions and functions. His working experience in Clarins allowed him to develop a strong knowledge of the cosmetic industry.

He has embraced organizational transformation by adapting the Go-to-Market in the different business units that he led through the addition of new capabilities

As a team leader with a strong track record of accomplishments, Sylvain has developed his strategic skills over the last years. He focuses on building a strong and talented managerial team around him while meeting objectives in terms of financial returns and redefining processes.

Sarra Dadoul,
Vice-Chairman of the Board

Sarra is a global brand executive who brings 25 years’ experience in international brand development and transformation across industry-leading organizations, FMCG and Luxury Houses. Sarra previously held senior leadership positions at Coty Luxury and Estée Lauder Companies where she worked for 16 years across a variety of global and regional roles in Europe and North America spanning fragrance, skin care, make-up and hair care. There she led end-to-end brand management from shaping the vision to delivering retail excellence. She also proved her ability to adapt quickly and adopt a start-up mindset building new brands like the Bottega Veneta Fragrance House and Aerin.

Sarra has an extensive track record in scaling brands worldwide with deep experience in Asia and emerging markets. More recently, she served as Group General Director Brand Development Worldwide at La Prairie in Zurich where she spearheaded innovation, client excellence, digital acceleration and business development.

A multicultural brand builder, fluent in French, English and German, Sarra has lived and worked in France, Germany, Switzerland and the US. A graduate from ESA SKEMA, she studied management at The Wharton School and digital strategy and influencer marketing at General Assembly in New York.

Frédéric Boulet,
Board Member

Frédéric Boulet is a Swiss Investor based in Geneva. Mr. Boulet is the controlling shareholder and majority investor in skyn ICELAND LLC.

Mr. Boulet used to be a director and main shareholder of Progisys, a private oil & gas services company. Mr. Boulet has served as Chief Executive of Pebercan, from September 2005 until September 2006. From September 2001 to August 2005, Mr. Boulet was Chief Executive of Maurel & Prom the largest French independent oil and gas exploration and production company.

Prior to joining Maurel & Prom, Mr. Boulet was the Business Development Director of the French Institute of Petroleum. Mr. Boulet has been a high civil servant in the French Government and in addition to other positions he has served as Chief of Staff of the French Minister of Energy.

Marc Eichinger,
Board Member

Marc is a financial expert who started his career in the financial markets and headed the trading room of BBL-Ing Bank in Paris. He co-founded an online IPO platform Europe Offering.com and a venture capital firm OTC security.

After the September 11 attacks he reoriented his activities and founded API Capital, which is dedicated to war zones. In 2010, he was appointed by Admiral d'Arbonneau to investigate fraud at AREVA and the URAMIN case in particular. For 7 years from January 2013 to January 2020 he was based in Niger and worked for Control Risk.

He regularly intervenes in different media and dedicates his time to the fight against corruption and terrorism financing. He is the author of several books, the Japanese banking system (economica), The speculative machine (economica), The man who knew too much (Massot).

Marc is a shareholder and a bond holder of Skyn Iceland.
