Products purchased on skyniceland.com

Refunds will be issued within 90 days of receipt of returned merchandise in the form of credit to the credit card holder. We cannot allow product exchange at this time. Returns are accepted if the product is unopened and unused.

Please make sure to email Skyn ICELAND to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping address.

Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original package if possible. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the return address on the shipping label. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Items purchased in a Skyn ICELAND retail point, department store, or other online store must be returned to their original point of purchase.
