The prize has a value of maximum USD$4000 and includes: a round-trip flight from New York to Reykjavik for 2 persons and hotel accommodation (excluding meals and activities) for 2 persons in a top rated category hotel in Reykjavik for 6 nights  between April 2024  and July 2024. The accommodation options will be provided by the skyniceland team.

The winner will be selected randomly and notified by email on February 1st, 2024. Proof of residence may be required.

The winner will have a specific amount of time to select travel dates and can choose between at least 2 accommodation options submitted by the skyniceland team.

The roundtrip ticket or the hotel nights cannot be exchanged or refunded. The winner cannot sell, assign or delegate the prize to other
persons. No upgrades, changes, special accommodations to the round trip or the hotel are allowed.

The winner is responsible to timely apply for a passport ahead of the travel plans abroad.

A selected participant or winner who is found to be in violation of these Rules or acts in bad faith may be disqualified and a new participant will
be selected randomly amongst the participants.

No monetary compensation will be provided if the winner cancels the trip for any reason, including illness and other reasons.

All decisions regarding these rules or their application will be made by the sponsor in its sole and entire discretion. In case of dispute, New York law
(excluding its choice of law provisions) will apply.  The sponsor's liability for any claim, losses, damages (including attorney's fees), judgments, decrees, fines and penalties in connection or related to these sweepstakes is limited to the sum of one hundred (USD $100) dollars.
